Shoulder screw/stud size for rocker arms in 305 Tpi?

I was looking into buying 1.6 rocker arms for my 85' 305 Tpi. These rocker arms require a 7/16 shoulder screw. Would an know if this fits my application?

3/8 would be the size of your stock studs.
