sbc 327 wants to stall
i have a sbc 327 with a holley 600cfm carb , im thinking it is a carb problem but have tried tuning it and cant fix it . the car wants to die when releasing the clutch , but if im really easy on the gas i can get it going. after the cars moving it runs god and purrs like a kitten.

Assuming the carb isn't defective, try a higher # power valve.

the car ran great when i bought it a year ago , i have set the float level and tried adjusting idle screw mixture but it doesnt seem to effect the car at all when i adjust it .
