Vortec accessories and a/c compressor fab
Hey all,
I'm looking at trying to use vortec brackets/compressor and accessories on my 86 Berlinetta. I'm already running a modified 5.7 vortec, but I'd like to use the brackets from a 97 blazer. The only issue I have encountered is getting the AC to work. Anyone know if the drier from a blazer will work with our heater box? The ac lines and drier are a different part number than ours, but I like the idea of using a more modern compressor.

Perhaps the easiest way would be to use a 3rd gen drier and have an AC shop fabricate a line to the compressor.
