Need Help! Engine reving up by itself. Intake runner leak?

5.7l TPI 350

Just swapped my injectors.
100% have the TBposition sensor, Map Sensor, Air Control sensor, the sensor under the plenum, and all the injectors plugged in.

One thing i noticed
(2) of the (4) runner gaskets were BAD ...(being a cheap dumbass) i tried to bolt the runners back on with the bad gaskets (bad as in a whole section missing)
Didnt think this was a big deal and I thought it would run.

PROBLEM
When I start the motor it steadily just "revs" at like 3000 RPMS. It sounds like its reving smoothly though. Just want to make sure this is the problem??? anybody know?

Trying to sell this car ..PITA if I would have to take the runners and plenum apart again!

If it didnt do this before then it is something you have done. Take a stethoscope with a hose on it and you will hear a vacuum leak. You can also spray carb cleaner, intake cleaner or similar around the area you think is the problem. If it changes the idle, then you know for sure.

If you are missing whole sections of the gasket then yes this is a big deal and will cause havoc.
