Transmission: 700R4 3000 stall.
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt Torsen 3.70

Yeah the colors match the antenna. On mine some idiots had done some really *special* wiring to adapt a universal antenna. Check behind the fender liner. Mine was a hot mess and was causing issues - they had pulled power from the foot well illumination circuit.... yeah it was fun to fix. That circuit has constant power so the antenna can retract after the key is turned off.

Sofa nailed it. It is common for the antenna motor to run as the power antennas are very unreliable. Usually the nylon strap breaks which causes the one of the stop switches to never be activated. Here is a wiring diagram to help solve/fix it.
