Code 32, 34, and 42 FYI
I've been chasing an idle that's been "pushing" high and making stopping a little harder at stops signs.
I have had codes 32, 34, and 42 together for a little while.
I had changed the IAC without any help and thoroughly checked the EGR system, and replaced my ignition pick up, module, and coil without help.
I was working on something else and during a decent idle, I tapped my MAF with my knuckle a few times and the idle started moving. That was a clue to me.
Changed the MAF and all codes have been gone now for a a few days and the idle seems much better.
Just thought I'd share.

Yeah those silly hot wire MAF's from the 80's are kinda troublesome. I know mine are. It is possible, with some minor wiring modifications, and custom tuning, to run the LS3/LS7 thin-film card style MAF. Bonus they also will flow ~600 HP and the MAF sensor itself is $50 from AC Delco....
