Car has a wide band and I'm reading super lean after warming up the motor. Car while warming up is a flat 13.5+- .2. I have the pusher pump removed for a pick up tube. Running mechanical on block. Tank is building alot of vacuum if I take cap off it sucks a bunch of air in. Asumming I'm running lean after it vacuum locks and so no fuel. Char canister is in car but vent to carb is not hooked up. Where to start? Thank s.
