Friend Says Water In Exhaust Means Bad Head Gasket?

Okay folks, I have a 1992 RS V6 3.1 Litre with an automatic transmission, and a fresh catback Flomaster 80 series. When me and my friend were installing the muffler, I fired it up to see what it sounded like, it sounded good, but my friend noticed that there was water dripping out of the exhaust pipes. And I know it is water because today it was so cold I started the car, and the water came out of the pipes and I almost slipped cause it froze. It has been doing this for a while, my friend just pointed it out to me, is it condensation in the exhaust (being I have a learners permit and only start the car 2 times a week), or is it a malfunction of the engine itself, any ways to check, lemme know, thanks.
