If you have an owners manual look in there it will give you the name and the number of plug you should use in your car Chevrolet has spent thousands of dollars to figure this stuff out I would bleave they have done all the research and have the right information

There's a lot of variables there. Is the car stock? Many performance modifications?
If it is stock, AC Delco R45TS or NGK 6630's are a safe bet.

Assuming stock, OEM Delcos are a safe bet. But if your car is running correctly, NGK Iridiums will give you about twice as long between changes, they do seem to foul more easily if the car isn't running well.
