Engine: 90-95 ZZ4 Crate 350 TPI
Transmission: 700R4 4spd Automatic
Axle/Gears: 3:73
Almost Time to put the motor In have sensor questions
Good morning,
So sofakingdom and I have been discussing the correct parts to put on my 90-95 350 ZZ-4 Crate Motor for several months and the last portion is the sensors. A couple of buddies of mine are coming over this coming weekend to help me put the motor in, and I just want to make sure of a couple of things before I stuff this:
1) So if I understand the 305-350 conversion:
a) I can still use my original 1986 305 harness?
b) The PROM that cam with the motor is out of a 91 RS TPI is that going
to work with a .502 grind cam? or will I have to flash it?
c) The instructions call out for 1227730 PROM which negates the ECM
module that is on the firewall. Am I going to run into connection
problems. A PROM came with it, but it looks far different from my
original one.
