Should I replace my older Edelbrock Water Pump?
So I am doing my timing chain and took off an Edelbrock water pump. No play on the impeller shaft and seems to spin fine. I am pretty sure it was put on in 2003 15-20,000 miles ago.
I have a new $35 AC Delco OEM pump coming but dang, the Edelbrock pumps seem to cost $200 so maybe I should just keep rolling with it.

I would just keep using it. Edelbrock has a rebuild service also.
15-20k is nothing. Should last at least 100k if the coolant is clean and maintained. The mechanical seals rely on good coolant.
