Truck loosing power and wont start

I have a 97 Chevy Silverado 1500. When I turn the key forward i loose some power. Thee dash lights wont come on. Can someone help!!

Since this site is dedicated solely to 82-92 F-bodies, I'm afraid your best bet is to find a site more suited to your needs.
