I hate these kind of posts. But im at a loss and thinking about bailing on my car. I have a 1990 pontiac GTA. Its a roller. It has 63k. Solid as can be. Paint is shot. Its charcoal grey. Interior is out of the car but complete. Car has a ford 9 inch with 3.55 gears. Wilwood disk brakes on all 4 corners. Drag struts up front. I bought this car in 1998 with 58k. I sold it to my brother in 99. I got it back but never had the time or money to put it back where it belongs. Im looking for a realistic number as to what i should get for it. $1000 isnt going to do it either. I also have a accel super ram upper and lower. 1000cfm throttle body and a brand new vortec supercharger. Thanks for the help guys

 

Honestly, it kind of sounds like a basket case. Its not a worn out original car and its not modified to where it is worth anything either. If you don't think that $1000 is realistic you may get more out of it by parting it out. But, the way it currently sits $1000 to $1500 is probably reality.

 

A car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

 

In my neck of the woods a fairly complete rust free 3rd gen with a halfway decent body, will bring $1500-$2000 all day long.
