Hey Guys,
I was bored today and I figured why not go tinker with the ol' Camaro. So I went outside, popped the hood, and figured I'd take a look at the induction system. IT IS TERRIBLE, well its in good condition, but it doesn't look like it gives the engine some pep. I took off the filter part, and left the snorkel attached to the throttle body. The filter is in good shape, but is there something I can get like K & N to replace for more power? Do they give as much power as they say they do? Or should I just leave it the way it is. And by the way, what is the little power plug that goes into the filter box for? I had to disconnect that, so I started the car to see if it would run after disconnecting it, the engine was a little shaky, what does the powercord do for the filter? no you will not get as much hp as advertised. those wires might be the mass airflow sensor i dont know if you have one thoguh so i dont know
