Knock Sensor Location?

Where is the Knock sensor located on an 88' Formula 350? I thought it was on the back ofthe block, near the starter, however I could not locate it. Thanks

not the back- in the middle

ahead of the starter.
its in the water jacket drain plug hole. Right between the freeze plugs.
