1989 RS Camaro 2.8 won’t stay on at first try of

I have a 1989 RS Camaro 2.8 that won’t stay running on cold start . When I turn it on It will turn back off it will take me 3 try’s till I get it to stay running . Problem # 2 is when I turn on my ac it feels like my car just lost power it will stay on it just feels like the ac just taking all the power . Probably #3. My rpm is reading backwards? I have not changed anything yet I just got the car . Side not when I drive it and have it running for a good 10 Minutes the car will start up fine and I can turn it on with no problems all the problems only happens on cold starts . ANY HELP WILL BE GOOD THANKS

Fuel pressure test gauge costs $30.

These old cars are known to numerous common failures. Fuel pressure is as good a place as any to begin.

What modifications are present?

no the car is stocked no aftermarket parts at all . So when I check the Fuel pressure what should it be reading? And if that is the problem what should be my next step?
