V8 350 Engine Running Rough

1995 Z28 Camaro, standard transmission.
Mechanic drove the car and thought one of the cylinders is not working. Not sure how to diagnose the issue.

I would check a 4th gen board but if you think one cylinder is not working then you can pull one plug wire at a time and see what cylinder does not make the engine run worse.
