Engine now running, but gauges not right.

Hey guys, after 4 years of not driving my 85, it's now back up and running. I did a full engine build and all, but my problem now is the coolant temp garage shows 280, which I have checked, and the engine seems to be running...well.. not that hot. Also my oil pressure garage isnt reading Any at all. Do you guys think this could be a cluster, sensor, or other issue?

More than likely a grounding issue. One ground from the back of the head to the firewall, then there are ground connections under the dash, then check the cluster plug under the dash. check and clean all ground connections.
