Has anyone tried import Vortec castings?

I've been seeing Vortec castings on Ebay for a pretty low price. About $200 bare sometimes less
Has anyone tried those?
The seller claims they're better than factory cause they have pressed in seats.
But it would suddenly cease to be a bargain if I needed to start paying for machine work to correct issues - which can be numerous with heads.
Just curious if anyone has tried them
