What is a better valve seat cutter Carbide or Stone

I'm about to invest in some valve job equipment.
I already have a Sioux valve grinder but I need to invest in some seat cutters and pilots.
When I was in school I did some valve jobs - - - Fairly simple - We used stone cutters
I was looking at the choices and I haven't ever tried carbide
I'll probably just be doing my own heads and maybe some for friends

If this thread needs to be moved to a different forum feel free to move it

Thanks

My : for what you say you want to do, go with the stones. The carbide works great ONLY when new and sharp. Once the carbide gets even slightly dull, you literally have to "stand on it" with your full body weight to get a cut. Most likely you will bend the pilots and then nothing will cut true.
