High idle.

Hey everybody . Say I got a question I got a 92 Z28 5.7 TPI and ever now and then when I start it up it idle a little high but when I kill it and start it back up it idle just fine . I checked for a vacuum leak but can't fine one so I was wondering could it be the IAC.
