Grey wire on the coil????????

Does the grey (tach) wire go from the coil through the computer to the tach or is it in straight correlation from the coil to the tach??

Re: Grey wire on the coil????????

Should be a white colored wire at the coil, I suppose it might have changed over the years if yours is grey.
it goes directly to c100 to the tach. The ecm gets a tach signal from the icm.
