What gaskets is the good ?

Camaro z28 - 1984
I would like buy the good gasket for my intake manifold, BUT there is 2 models and I dont know what choose !
1 - Square Hole in the center
2- NO hole in the center

If this is a largely stock motor, get the stock gaskets.

MS 90314-PTx, whatever x they're up to these days.
