Idler pulley cutting into radiator hose

Figured this was the best place to post this. My radiator has popped a leak and in beginning to remove it, I found the following situation:

It would seem a simple solution would be to run a smaller diameter pulley and a slightly shorter belt if needed. So my question is, how would I go about finding pulleys listed with OD, ID for the bolt, and number of ribs? I see places like Summit carry them, but I don't see dimensions listed besides number of ribs

I can't help definitively, but you mught pick up a Dayco catalog or something to search for different sizes.
Additionally the stock TPI serp setup has a hose support to prevent the hose from contacting the belt. You might consider adapting one or making your own

Support is still there. There has been some changes on mine for the supercharger set up and it looks like the Vortech pulley just sits a bit high. 1/4" to 1/2" smaller pulley should make this a non-issue. Looks to me it is from the engine rock during operation.

I will have a look at the catalogue.

Your pictures don't show the support and with the supercharger I thought maybe it wasn't there anymore.

Found it by using the catalogue. Old number was on the pulley, was able to cross that to the new, get the specs, match up a smaller one. Going from 76 to 61mm on diameter. I am guessing a belt change after all is fitted up.
