How accurate does the CTS need to be?
I have noticed a cold long crank the last few weeks and wondered if it might be CTS related, so I checked it with the DVOM and it read 2.890K at 65 degree ambient temperature. Chart shows that it should be about 1K higher resistance at that temperature. Last data log I did (on Sunday) showed 85 degree CTS reading at start-up with ambient of ~65 degrees, so about 20 degrees off. Is this enough to cause a problem? The CTS was replaced when I did my original TPI conversion a few years ago and then transferred to the L31 about 10 months ago (about 3,000 miles total). Complete disclosure: also replaced the ICM a few weeks ago (AC/Delco D1943A).

Thanks, ordered a new sensor. Just didn't want to have to swap it out unless really necessary.
