Rebuilt tpi 350 swap first start ,runs but won't stay at idle dies?

1991 Camaro RS 350 tpi 6 speed is from a 1988 Camaro . Harness was converted to work with a speed density computer 7730 was originally a 305 tbi 5 speed computer and harness. Egr delete and 9th injector delete. The engine fires up and stays running if I keep my foot slightly on the pedal seems to sound ok but it doesn't want to idle soon as I let off pedal it dies . Anyone have any ideas what I should check I've been reading about resetting the IAC , the motor ran fine when it was in the maf 88 before I decided to pull it , appreciate any thoughts and suggestions.

Did you run through the minimum idle setting procedure in the how-to's section?
