I have a 1990 camaro rs v6 automatic. When i first start it it idles fine but after about 30 seconds it shuts off, then when i try and start and give it gas it shuts off within 10 seconds

 

What have you checked so far?

 

so far ive checked spark plugs, im going to check the fuel pressuee later this week, but i really dont know what i should check to be honest

If it still has the stock injectors the coils are likely shorting out. This prevents the ECM from being able to open any of them. They are all on one injector driver. A NOID light can help in diagnostics, same for a DVM to check the resistance of the injector coils.
