Ive been using thirdgen for repair advice for years. My first car when i was 16 was a beater 87 Camaro. Long gone now. I'm about to be 24. Well 2 years ago I way overpaid for an 85 Camaro, but the problem is things werent torqued down and it literally fell apart, example the tranny literally fell out while I was on the highway. To top that it has since been vandalized, now living in Alaska, being in school, etc etc. My budget is near 0 hence why its been sitting so long. I was curious if anyone thinks a gofundme may he succesful or if anyone had any suggestions toward fundraising to get this car back together. I do have a beater car I drive, but I would like to restore this car and put it in the local shows, i also have a second car in much worse shape I'd like to get aponsored and put together for our local race track. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
