At what temperature does a 87-88 L98 come out of closed loop?

 

I believe it's a 103* or 105*F for the coolant. O2 sensor needs to be at 600*F to generate the proper voltage to be considered for closed loop operation.

There are some things that require higher temps, EGR diag, maybe something else too.
