code 33 and 34.. HELP

code 33 and 34.. HELP

ok, i know what the codes mean, how can i test the MAF and MAF burnoff to see what exactly is going wrong? the problem started RIGHT after we had a no start condition, and had the distributor rebult and after that we started getting these two codes. its on a 2.8L 89.
