Rebuilding L05 350 what size rings do I need?

I'm rebuilding my L05 and need to know what size piston rings I need. The engine was built in 1995 and was a goodwrench replacement. It's got flat tops with roller cam. I heard gm used metric rings starting in 1990. If anyone could help that would be great thanks.

Unfortunately, there is no way of actually knowing 100% what is in there until it comes apart.
