hi budy, have a question how to adjust trottle on 83 5l crossfire motor? my car in neutrazl or p position is to 500 t /min and after 3 or 4 miles only 100 or the car stop , how to adjust the thottle on this motor please?? sorry for my bad english friends

 

probably there is a fault with the charcoal canister control valve or low fuel pressure causing the low idle RPM situation.The base throttle position can be adjusted once the braze spot has been ground away on the throttle stop screw,but that is rarely needed to be adjusted-almost always some other fault is the cause of the low RPM. If you are French,there are other French guys on here

 

yes im french but tommorow take pics of motor maybe is more easy for my comprehension, so thanks for your help sincerly
