disconnected battery now firebird cant get above 2000rpm without dying HELP!

I have a 1992 3.1 firebird that I finally got running and put about 500 miles on it and decided to start fixing some of the other things wrong with the car thinking it was running perfect not a single issue so I decided to replace my window motor and disconnected the battery before doing so after i was done put everything back together and let the car do a idle relearn for about 20 min it idles good right around 800 to 900 but now when I press the gas pedal it will climb to 2000 RPM start running rich and either sound like its gonna die or will die I have no idea what to do from this point please help me out thank you!

How do you know it's running rich? Have you checked fuel pressure (bad filter, pump going out, even injectors, etc..). Have you checked the exhaust to make sure it is free flowing (think like bad cat. converter). Check ignition system. Even though you worked on a window, this most likely can be a coincidence in timing of another issue. Make sure the basics are in order first (Air, Spark, Fuel), and then you can start the process of elimination from what can cause the symptoms.
