Heat only coming from defogger vents....

Heat only coming from defogger vents....
Whenever I turn on my heat, no matter what setting, (vent, heater, defogger) it always only comes out of the defog vents in the dash pad. Any ideas? Thanks.

That would be the usual issue of vacuum not being supplied to the A/C control head, or the little vacuum switch is broken that routes the vacuum to the various diaphragms that control the doors.
