Need help diagnosing sudden problem, car running rough, has no power

Hi,I’m hoping some of the third gen experts here might be able to shed some light on a problem that occurred suddenly yesterday. I have a 90 camaro rs with 305 tbi and 700r4. All stock. I drove the car to store yesterday. It ran fine, went 70 mph smoothly down the freeway. Pulled into the parking lot and parked. Came out about 15 minutes later and when I started the car the engine ran rough and surged at idle. The exhaust sounded louder than usual (pipe underneath has always had sections with holes in it) When I pushed my foot on the gas a little to try smooth it out it acted like it bogged down and ran rough making it to the 2000rpm mark on the tech. I was able to take side streets home but it had no power accelerated like I was towing a battleship behind me and topped out around 35 mph. I watched the temp gauge the entire way and it never got hot,it stayed around 170-180. But it did make a “Dieseling” noise briefly when I tried going up a slight include about 40 ft from home. When I pulled into the garage the exhaust smelled slight hot and I could smell gasoline somewhat. I saw no leaks under the car or under the hood. The fuel pump sounds normal when I turn the key. I replaced the coil, wires, cap about a year ago and the ignition control module about a year ago as well. I am thinking it could be a restricted exhaust? I banged on the Catalytic converter but it didn’t rattle. I know the some of the exhaust pipes have rust holes in them. I’m just baffled because the car ran fine when I drove it and parked it and then just did this when I wentt to drive off. Anyone here have this situation before? I’d appreciate any advice or help sorting this out. It’s my daily driver.

edit-I just thought I’d also add that about four days ago when I was at a stop light it suddenly started idling rough, but only for a few seconds and it smoothed out and went away when I pushed my foot on the gas and was normal after. Might be completely unrelated to this but figured I’d mention it anyway.

Hi,yes, there is a check engine light but it doesn’t come on until the car has been driven for 15 minutes or so. It’s been on and off since I’ve owned the car. It was for the EGR valve if I recall correctly. It doesn’t open when vacuum is applied to it. (Bad diaphragm) but it’s ran fine for four years like that. This happened late last night so it was dark by the time I got home. I can check and see if there are new codes. I’d have to research which pins in the port I need to jumper again

I pulled off the air cleaner and started the car. Only one throttle body is spraying fuel. I could see a large jet of fuel from the right throttle body, nothing from the other. I even put my finger under it and not even a drop. Looks like a bad solenoid.

I just watched this video. Is there a way to just remove the injector and replace it without taking as much of the lower assembly apart as the guy in the video did?
