383/procharger input needed

I picked up a project that my buddy had and looking for some info. I am completely new to the F-body scene. I am starting over on several things as times have changed since this car was built.
The current motor is a 383 stroker, Scat 4340 forged crank, GM performance fast burn heads with 1.5 rockers, un-known cam other than blower friendly, also lower compression to be blower friendly, edelbrock lower intake, SLP runners, factory upper, BBK throttle body, Edelbrock headers/full exhaust. It has a procharger P1S-C with a "12 psi" pulley, It has 42lb Ford injectors,

The car has been sitting a bit and it has ran for several years. I replaced the distributor as that rusted and quite giving AC signal, replaced the entire ignition system, it is running an Accel DFI-7. I will be switching to Holley Terminator X for tunability as no one around me has even heard of the Accel DFI. My question is I don't know what this combo will do for power wise. Are 42lb injectors enough? When it was last dyno'd they had boost problems, think it was only making 4psi. I imagine that is becuase the motor breathes better than stock, I am looking at going to a smaller pulley on the headunit to increase PSI. I am also looking at going to a 470 LPH fuel pump to get rid of the helper pump.
Long post.
cliff notes.
how much hp/tq will a 383 with a procharger pushing around 10psi boost

The p1 is the smaller blower from procharger but i have seen them work pretty decent.

i def like the idea of a 450+ lph pump upgrade. I assume you will run this on a 2 bar or 3 bar map sensor and not use an FMU for fuel? Some of them blower kits used an fmu and helper pump to make up for lack of fuel control in stock ecm. Holley with 2 bar would be ideal.

12 psi pulley may be refering to a stock motor which those blowers were designed for. On a 383 that may be all it gives you is a couple psi. Can try go smaller to drive it harder just be careful you dont over spin it. Procharger can tell you what they recommend for max blower rpm. Boost will be whatever it will be.

last blown tpi 383 i did used better heads and the D1sc but it made like 530 whp on 7.5-8 psi thru a 5 spd. Might be 475-500 thru an automatic. I would use 60 lb injectors but might be able to run your base pressure closer to 55-58psi to get them 42’s to flow closer to 48 and stretch them abit. 42’s can get up near 450-500 whp tho. You can try them to see where you end up, upgrade later.

Thank you for the feedback

I removed the FMU, and want to remove the procharger supplied helper pump and just have 1 pump. I will go to a 2 or 3 bar for the holley. I have spent a lot time researching, but come up with mixed results. From the research I did, I came up with 42's are fine to I need to run 55lb injectors.
am looking at going to the Holley dual sync distributor, Terminator X, 470LPH fuel pump, new injectors, smaller pulley if possible. The transmission is a T56 from a 95' Trans Am. rear end is from the same car, 3.73 gears.

Injectors, I see people say to stay away from Holley/Accel brand? I am looking at racetronix 55lb Disc High-Z? Walbro 470lph fuel pump.

Racetronix is good. I had bad luck with accels back in the day but not sure how they are now being with holley

id probably see how far you can push the 42’s before going to new injectors. See what boost you can get and make sure its not getting belt slip.
