Well lately I start my car and the idle is at 500 or 600 and there is a bunch of black smoke coming out, until it warms up and the IAC turns off or does whatever. But now wether its warm or cold the IAC is on and black smoke is coming out and my idle is at 500 or 600. I dont get it guys my car was running so good now all this black smoke from running very rich is coming out?

Hard to say from that description...... But have you checked the FPR to see if it has a ruptured diaphragm? That is an easy check to make and would definately cause it to run waaayyy rich..... Are you getting a 'Check Engine' light? Have you checked for stored DTCs?
Use a fuel pressure gauge to see if the fuel system is holding rest pressure. Once the pump shuts off, FP should NOT drop. If it does drop, you have a leaking FP regulator or stuck open injector(s).
EDIT: Do you have any hard start problems?

I do have codes ut havent checked yet also I do have hard start cold start problems. Also I notice it runs good when the IAC turns off or at least when I dont hear that sucking hissing noises from the intake anymore.
ok guys this is very strange i disconnected my MAF sensor and now it runs good. Good throttle response and everything. The code I got for the computer is the for the MAT sensor which isnt hooked up.
