Hi guys this is my first post, just bought my 88 Sc around Christmas time and love it (last car 87 Mecury Cougar LOL).
But the blower is driving me crazy i can't get it to work. I replaced the blower motor only to find out the one that was in orginally still worked by jumping it. I replaced the relay but still nothing. I can jump it without the relay coonected and it will run. I tested the wires to make sure there all connected with a ohm meter and its fine.

Is this common on these cars cause my dad has an 83 Z and his isn't working either. Please help cause I live in wisconsin and am freezing my a$$ off without the fan working LOL .

Are you sure that the signal from the fan switch in the car is going through?.

There are five fan settings from off to full. Do any of these work? Maybe the control at the dashboard is the problem.
