Help with issues starting

Yea, so I had to replace the water pump, started running good. Except, I go into fourth/fifth gear and lose power as soon as I get up to 55mph. My RPM gauge isn’t working atm so don’t know what RPM. The idler pulley was wobbling with a squeaking sound coming from it. Car started fully losing power and died on me, won’t start now. It attempts, not a starter issue, all pulleys turn. I had to replace the ICM recently which was causing it to not start too, plan on replacing the idler pulley, fully tightened still wobbles when I try to crank. Big confused. Idk a whole lot about cars and all my people 2 hours from me because I just moved.

Look at anything you just worked with or near when you did the water pump. Have you checked the grounds? All of them?
