Cruise control linkage to E4ME Qjet

Messing around under the hood of my '82 and it looks like the cruise control is disconnected. Tried fitting it to all the possible linkage points and can't find anywhere to put it... Any ideas?

Yup

You have the wrong carb.

There should be a place that a very long study, maybe an inch and a half, could be installed on the linkage, to hook the cable to. I'm not seeing that place.

The stud unbolts and transfers right over. installed a GM stud from a TBI unit on the Proflow 4 throttle body to retain cruise control on my last SBC setup even.
