1985 305 TPI smog delete
in the middle of deleting my smog garbage. i removed the air diverter and now need to cap off the manifold check valves. but, what exactly needs to be removed? and how would i cap it off?

If you're able to get the check valves off..... (Threads tend to fail as you begin to wrench on them) I hear that the threads are 3/4" NPT. Simple cast iron black pipe caps I hear work.
To played it safe I left the check valves on and simply bought some rubber caps and used the stock clamps to hold them in place. Been running it that way for years and no issues.
