Lifters Identification Help Please

Just bought some parts off a old friend, and in the lot was a rhoads lifters box. I opened it up and looked at the lifters and noticed they don't have a retaining clip. They are definitely solid, no movement what so ever. I thought all lifters had a clip on them. Here's a few pics.

Used cams can be reground as long as the new lobe profile doesn't make the heat treated depth of the lobe too thin. They can also be heat treated again.

Used flat tappet lifters and followers can also be reground.
