nitrous and TPI
I am gonna be putting in a new cam in my ZZ4 engine with a TPI and was thinking of going to nitrous. Now I was gonna keep it set low, to about 75-100hp shot all the time only at WOT. No my question is that TPI have problems with getting up in RPM becuase the long runners can't support the airflow, but with nitrous if you introduce this "air" and fuel directly in you think I will be able to get extra RPM out of the TPI or will it still die at about 5000rpm.. Thank for any info guys.
You shouldnt have any beathing problems if you spray it. You are 100% correct about the forced air from nitrous. You may want to try the power adders board...they have more experience with nitrous.
