My car has about 120,000 miles on it. Can I use Mobil1 0-w30 on it? What would you recomend?

I told my wife to buy 15-w30 but she bout the 0-w30 instead...

 

i'm no expert, only pretend to be one, but i'd say yeah no problem, if you have a "normal" engine, not aboused, normal maintance. synthetic tends to clean out a lot of the trash inside and after it's gone it may allow a seal or gasket to leak. why not try a 50/50 mix with what ever oil you're using now and then next oil change go to all synthetic.
