Impossible to say. Too many variables, like how it was maintained and driven.
It is not unusual for those using synthetic lubes to double the mileage you've got with no problems. But, if driven like each green light is the start of a drag race, you can figure on it wearing out sooner, no matter how it's maintained.
FWIW, I've got 145k on mine, had 123k when I got it. Only the rotating assembly of the engine is original now, but it seems to be doing fine and I expect a lot more miles out of it before it weakens, let alone "fails".
