Like the topic says, my car cruises just fine, but the more load (more throttle, big hills) it just doesn't sound like it's doing too good... I figured this engine would at least have WOT capabilities to move it faster than 3/4 throttle, but it just sounds like it's dying and keeps moving at the same acceloration level...
So what should I check? ignition is good, new module, 5K mile O2, good wires, good plugs, Blaster Coil...
I'm thinking I need more advance... someone once told me that the higher the advance, the more power you gain on the top end... low end would be the last to suffer from crappy timing... obviously going over-advance would be bad...
BTW, this does this with any gas I feed it... Regular or premium...
Any thoughts...? retarded timing? exhaust leak? bad MAF? bad ECM?

Plug wires are 5K miles old... Bosch 7MM direct fits ones... they're fine... Fuel pump, strainer and filter are all new... 1-2K miles old...
I'm really thinking it's MAF though... it will ocassionally start and stall... when it enters closed loop mood (very rare on my less than 10 miles trips in the middle of the winter) it will want to die in traffic (and does)... sometimes it'll just cut when I come to a stop and then I can throw it in park and it'll start right up. At first I thought it was a slow IAC but I threw in another one and it still does it... i was just going to let it go...
I have another junkyard MAF laying around, I'll check it out...
