Corvette L98 questions

In stock form, what's the highest lift cam I can run on a '91 Corvette L98? What are the stock cam specs? Did it have screw in studs?

Thanks.

Yes, aluminum L98 heads do indeed have screw in studs. Don't know the answers to your other questions though.

You can run about the same lift as with any other stock valve springs, because they're all the same: about .460" or so, but the engine will run better with real springs.

AFAIK the cam is the same as the F-body L98. See the tech database on this site for details.
