O2 sensor placing???

Pretty simple. Where should i get the o2 sensor welded in?? Y-pipe or headers?? Farther down??

I just bought hedman headers and the hedman Y-pipe and they dont have the opening for the sensor to go into so im wandering where would be a good place to put it.

I would put it just past the conjuction in the Y-pipe so that it reads the exhaust from both sides of the engine. That's probably where it was on your old Y-pipe.
