New plugs and new O2 sensor if you use it.

Change oil and all filters. Check/adjust timing.

A basic tune-up MUST include:
1. Cooling system inspection;
2. Clean or replace spark plugs;
3. Ignition wire testing;
4. Distributor cap/rotor (if you don't have the OptiSpark);
5. PCV valve cleaning or replacement;
6. Air filter;
7. Cleaning the IAC;
8. Checking/setting TPS voltage;
9. Check/adjust minimum air rate;
10. Check/adjust timing;
11. Code scan;

Don't mistake this for a complete car service. That should include all required maintenance for a vehicle with a given age and mileage. The general overview is something like this:

That should be a good start.
