my A/C is crap
My engine rpm has a direct bearing on how cold the A/C is. Anything below 2500 and its warm. Is it just time for a recharge? What do you think?

Yup, sure sounds like time for a refill. Mine did the same thing before. It was nice and cool on the freeway, but I broiled in town. I got it recharged and it worked ok after that, but it was still always better at higher rpms.
